I propose to access internal body workout through Qi Gong.
This approach is enriched with traditional chinese martial arts :
Shaolin Kung fu (Saolim style, Penang, Malaysia), Hsing-I, Ba Gua.
These exercises lead to structural body strengthening.
Many emerging sensations will reveal themselves gradually
opening the door to a new understanding of the phenomenoms
of the living, of health and of strength.

Physical, physiological, biomecanical, vital improvement
Stretching, body strengthening, posture
Nutrition
Private or group sessions


Exemple of class :
20 mn : warm up, stretching
40 mn : postures and breathing, several positions are maintained
during various durations
30 mn : dynamic cycles to exploit the sensations developed
during the posture exercises
20 mn : work with partner, action/reaction, etc.
10 mn : meditation, search for emptiness
