Southern Shaolin Kungfu :
Also known as "Saolim Palau" this ancient
internal/external style was enriched and
transmitted by Master Pn'g Che.
Shaolin is aiming at refining power.
Practice of forms or Tao is a fundamental
of this school.
A very instructive path.

Bagua is an internal style practiced
evolving on a circle.
Hsing-i is an internal style practiced
evolving on straight lines.
Working internal styles develops strong
health and if needed permits to sustain or
generate tremendous amounts of power.
All three styles above are chinese.
The following one is korean but derived
from Northern Shaolin Chinese Kungfu :
Taekwondo is known for kicking combos
and jumping techniques. This external
style is great for cardio, stretching
and quick fun.
